WOD - Death by Pull-ups (kipping)
With a continuous clock running, begin with one pull-up during the first minute, two pull-ups the second, three during
the third minute etc., adding one pullup each additional minute until you can no longer keep up with the clock (i.e., on minute
10 you complete only 9 pullups).
Scaled/modified with assisted pull-up options. Also scaled with 2-3
sets of short duration with 1 minute rest between sets.
