Realize that doing the same monotonous thing day in and
day out will only lead to improvements in one particular area of fitness ('cardio,' basic strength,
etc.).
CrossFit will challenge you in a number of ways and help you develop all the aspects of true and functional fitness:
agility, accuracy, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, stamina, strength, and speed.
Our group
classes and 1 to 1 sessions are guaranteed to challenge and motivate you.
We incorporate wide
variety of physically challenging movements and we are sticklers for proper form.
We do require each person to
attend one of our CrossFit Essentials sessions prior to participating in Classes. Please see our Getting Started page
for more information.
Group Workout Schedule:
Since our classes are specialized, please contact us in advance that you are planning to attend. This way
we will be able to tailor the WOD (workout of the day) to your fitness and experience level.
Classes are approximately one hour to 75 minutes.
BT = Basic Training
